APPROACH
The Mangosuthu University of Technology (MUT ) campaign primarily focused on engaging young prospective and current students across South Africa. Its primary goal was to provide an authentic glimpse into the daily lives of MUT students and to encourage high school graduates to consider enrolling at the university.
The strategy involved showcasing a typical day in the lives of MUT students, highlighting their fondness for the institution, conducting surveys to assess student satisfaction, and featuring the accomplishments of fellow students to inspire others to excel in their studies.
In addition, we created a new TikTok account, which rapidly gained impressive traction. In less than three months, the TikTok account garnered over 2,000,000+ views and amassed more than 7,000 followers.
